Production Process

Incoming Quality Inspection:

Confirm order, purchase paper, and deliver to the factory. Upon arrival, paper is transferred to the warehouse. Weight and quality checks ensure standards are met. Qualified paper is stored; disqualified is set aside for return to the supplier.

Press Machine Inspection:
Sheets emerge from the machine for thickness inspection. Qualified sheets advance in production, while disqualified ones move to a designated area for further processing.

Pre-Delivery Inspection:
Laminate moves to semi-finished warehouse post-edge cutting. Appearance, size, and thickness are inspected. Qualified laminates enter finished goods storage, ready for packing; disqualified ones await further processing.

What payment terms are available?

Payment terms include T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance against the copy of B/L, L/C at sight and D/P at sight.

What delivery terms can you support?

Delivery terms include EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF.

How long is the delivery time?

Generally, one 20GP container of HPL takes about 20 to 30 days after receiving advance payment. Phenolic laminate products may take about 10 days after receiving advance payment. The exact delivery time depends on order quantity and specifications.

Can you produce according to samples or technical drawings?

Yes. Production can be arranged according to samples or technical drawings after confirming surface finish, size and production feasibility.
