Zhongtian fireproof sheets are very hard, can be easily cleaned up, and have outstanding resistance to high temperature, abrasion, scratch, pollution, impact, water and so on. To show their outstanding peculiarity, the exquisite technology should apply to the using construction.
The sheet is very thin and brittle so that it is useful only after being slicked to the intension board. So the process of making the sheet into finished product is very vital.
1.TOOL
The most recommended cutter is the one made of carbonization steel, because the HPL sheet is very hard. And the acceptable tools should be with metallic handlebar, such as manual Backsaw.
2.GLUE
Widely used are PVAc and Neoprene Solvent.
3.PROCESS & TECHNOLOGY
1)Cut the sheet into demanded size, leaving more than 6mm of each side edge for mending.
2)Press the sheet firstly from the vertical side of the original board, and then the horizontal side.
3)Cut the redundant parts away
4)Clean away the leaking glue with dishcloth and cleaner
ATTENTION FOR PUTTING
1.Put in order, the shelve should boast enough and symmetrical support to avoid the distortion
2.Put on the dry place, not on the ground directly
3.Put by sorts for being used conveniently
4.Put face-to-face or back-to-back, protecting the up and bottom surfaces with wasted sheets
5.Put each 10 sheets of the same models together, so as to be easily counted
ATTENTION FOR TRANSPORTATION
1.Keep the surface clean, avoid the surfaces being dragged.

3.Pack the sheets with PVC paper for long-distance transportation
